According to our years of experience in conveyor installation, the installation precautions are as follows: before installation, you should be familiar with the drawings, and understand the structure, installation form, composition and quantity of parts, performance parameters and other information involved through the drawings, and then be familiar with the important installation dimensions, technical requirements, etc. on the drawings. The general installation technical requirements of the belt conveyor are as follows (except for special installation requirements):

(1) the center line of the frame should coincide with the longitudinal center line of the conveyor, The phase deviation shall not be greater than 2mm

(2) The straightness deviation of the center line of the frame shall not be greater than 5mm within any 25 meter length

(3) the perpendicularity deviation of the support leg of the frame to the ground shall not be greater than 2/1000

(4) the allowable deviation of the spacing of the intermediate frame shall be plus or minus 1.5mm, and the height difference shall not be greater than 2/1000 of the spacing

(5) the horizontal center line of the drum shall coincide with the longitudinal center line of the conveyor, and the deviation shall not be greater than 2mm

(6) the perpendicularity deviation of the drum axis and the longitudinal center line of the conveyor shall not be greater than 2/1000, The levelness deviation shall not be greater than 1/1000.
