1、 The fixed conveyor shall be installed on a fixed foundation according to the specified installation method. Before the formal operation of the mobile conveyor, the wheels should be wedged with a triangle wood or braked with a brake. In order to avoid walking during work, when there are multiple conveyors working in parallel, there should be a one meter channel between machines and between machines and walls.

 

2、 Before using the conveyor, check whether the operating parts, belt buckles and bearing devices are normal and whether the protective equipment is complete. The tension of the tape must be adjusted to an appropriate degree before starting.

 

3、 The belt conveyor shall be started without load. The material can be fed only after the operation is normal. It is forbidden to feed before driving.

 

4、 When several conveyors are running in series, they should start from the discharge end in sequence. Only after all of them are in normal operation can they be fed.

 

5、 In case of belt deviation during operation, stop the machine for adjustment, and do not use it reluctantly, so as to avoid wearing the edge and increasing the load.

 

6、 The working environment and the temperature of the delivered materials shall not be higher than 50 ℃ and lower than -10 ℃. Do not transport materials with acid-base oils and organic solvents.

 

7、 No pedestrians or passengers are allowed on the conveyor belt.

 

8、 Stop feeding before stopping the machine, and stop the machine only after all the materials stored on the belt are unloaded.

 

9、 The conveyor motor must be well insulated. Do not pull and drag the cables of mobile conveyor randomly. The motor shall be reliably grounded.

 

10、 It is forbidden to pull the belt by hand when the belt slips, so as to avoid accidents.
