The automatic assembly line equipment is designed and decided to adopt a low maintenance method. There are no repeatedly moving parts on the equipment, or they are only moved when required by the operation. This leads to little wear of mechanical parts. The rest of the maintenance work is just simple cleaning or inspection.
Cleaning work
The cleaning of the equipment should be carried out according to the normal maintenance intervals of the whole bottling line. It is recommended to clean once a week, and the detailed time interval depends on the degree of pollution.
Usually, the website production cost is cleaned with a wet cloth or soft brush. All parts can be protected from water droplets or water splashes, but cannot resist water spray. In particular, tiny moisture may cause damage to the electronic system.
If moisture seeps into the equipment, turn it off and dry its parts before opening it.
Inspection work
Inspection refers to the regular maintenance according to the predetermined steps, and it is necessary to check the deficiencies or flaws of (equipment) in time. It is recommended to check once a month, and the inspection interval can be determined according to the workload of the equipment.
Maintenance work
When the parts are effective or have considerable wear, they must be repaired. Only professionals trained in response technology can carry out the necessary maintenance work. In order to ensure the long-term operation of the equipment, the original accessories of the company should be used.
